Large Group (11/30)

Location: HSS 1330

Time: 8 pm

Our staffer Jon Liu will be speaking about Discipline! Come to our last large group of fall quarter! It's a great way to fellowship as a body before we go our different ways during break.

Worship at the Cliffs!!!

Location: meet at Revelle anchor

Time: 9:30 am

Come Worship at the Cliffs with us this coming Saturday! It's a great way to get away from all your studies to simply worship God outside and admire His beautiful creation. :) Hope to see you there!

Don't forget to go to Bible Study! It's a great way to have accountability and a place to be transparent!

Sophomore Girls' Bible Study will be on Thursday at 7 pm at Joy and Esther's place.

Location: Green Table Room (beside sungod lounge)

Time: 5 pm

1 John 5:14-15 says, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of Him."

Come confidently approach the throne of God and raise your requests and praises to the God who desperately loves you and wants to have a relationship with you!

Adopt-a-Family (11/24)

Location: Earth Hall South 215 (near Pangea in ERC)

Time: 4:45 pm

AACF decided to adopt SIX families this Thanksgiving and we bought them ingredients to make Thanksgiving dinner. Come join us to deliver the food to the families!

Thanksgiving Dinner (11/26)

Location: Ferber House

Time: 6:30 pm

Not going home for Thanksgiving? Have Thanksgiving dinner with your FAMILY in CHRIST!!! Come eat delicious food in a homey environment with people you love and who love you back! =]

And due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we will not be having Bible Study this week, but always remember to present your thanksgivings to God, for He is the bearer of ALL GOOD THINGS! Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Intentional On-Campus Evangelism (Wednesday 11/18)

Share the gospel with people around the campus! We will be partnering up with Lighthouse Bible Church.

Discipleship Workshop (Saturday 11/21)

Location: HSS 1315

Time: 11 am

Come join us and learn about what discipleship is and what it looks like. It's also a great way to interact with others! You can come whether you're in a workshop or not! =] All are welcome!

Tuesday, Nov. 10th:

Women's Ministry Sleepover

Location: Pick-ups from campus at Peterson

Time: 7:30 pm

We're going to be having a sleepover at Brittany's apartment. It'll be a night filled with games, sharing, fellowship, food, and more of all GOD!

Bring: sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, PJs, toiletries, etc. and your friends!

Wednesday, Nov. 11th:

Men's Ministry Fall Event

Location: Meet at Peterson

Time: 10:30 am

Forget about midterms and get a breath of fresh air. Come hike up at Torrey Pines State Park along the cliffs over-looking the ocean. Awesome scenic views and Ultimate Frisbee on the beach. Bring $5 for food! You'll be making manly sandwiches!

Intentional Evangelism

Location: Meet in front of PC fountain

Come share the amazing gospel with others on campus! We will be partnering up with Harvest!

Saturday, Nov. 14th:

Homeless Outreach

Location: Peterson Turnaround

Time: 6:30 pm

We will be partnering up with Kairos in serving the homeless through providing them food and talking with them.

Sunday, Nov. 15th:

AACF is not a church, so please go to church on Sunday! If you need rides or have any questions look under our church rides list on this website or speak with Andrew Yang!

Week 6!

Prayer Meeting (11/2)

Location: Earth Hall 215 (ERC)

Time: 5 pm

God has graciously given us a way to communicate with Him, let's utilize that by coming together to praise God and uplift our requests to Him!

Pre-Large Group Dinner (11/2)

Location: Plaza (Revelle)

Time: 6:30 pm

Come eat together with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, it's a great way to talk to people you never get a chance to talk with otherwise!

Large Group (11/2)

Location: Center 119

Time: 8 pm

Come learn practical ways on how to look into God's word and really spend quality time to strengthen your relationship with God!

Intentional Evangelism (11/3)

Location: Meet in front of Yogurtworld

Time: noon

We will be partnering up with Kairos to share God's message to the people around campus. Come join us in being God's messenger!

Girls Bible Study this week

All the AACF girls will be having a joint Bible Study at Ada's apartment on Wednesday (11/4). We will be having dinner potluck style, so email Ada (aylew@ucsd.edu) to tell her what your bringing!

On-campus pick-ups will be at 6:30 pm

Potluck dinner starts at 7 pm
